Seed to sale. Properly.
A telehealth clinic built to do the regulated thing well, and a supply company beside it that imports, brands and wholesales the medicine its patients are prescribed. This is the plan for both, and what your capital builds.
Seeking $250,000 · 24-month termScroll
01 · The seed
Your capital, planted.
Everything here starts the same way: a company registered, the clinical registrations lodged, the first doctors signed, the systems live. The investment goes into the ground first.
The ask
$250,000 over 24 months.
Target return of 50% over the term, a target and not a guarantee. Structure to be settled with our lawyers: equity, profit share or convertible note.
02 · First light
A clinic first. Patients from month six.
AHPRA-registered doctors, paid per consultation, so cost moves with revenue. Online booking, intake and records in one Australian-hosted system. Every fee published before anyone books.
The clinic, in numbers
03 · One of thousands
A market that is growing up.
Australians spent about $445 million on medicinal cannabis in 2025, up 53% on the year before. More than 200,000 people hold a prescription. And the regulator is clearing out the volume operators, which is the best news a compliance-first clinic could get.
The market
04 · The craft
Bought-in product first. Our own brand after.
We source finished product from established overseas growers at competitive prices, bring it in under a licensed importer's permits, and hold it at a GMP manufacturer in Queensland that stores, labels and releases it to regulatory standard.
White label
Our name on the jar. Our margin behind it.
The manufacturer's distribution routes carry us nationally from day one. Owning our own channels comes next, and every step closer to seed-to-sale widens the margin.
05 · The road
By phone, Australia-wide.
A telehealth clinic has no postcode. The supply company has no state line either: licensed wholesale distribution reaches every pharmacy in the country.
Pharmacies, not dispensaries
Every pharmacy is a shelf.
Patients fill their eScripts at the pharmacy of their choice. Our medicine is on that shelf, wherever in the country it is, and the pharmacy dispenses it.
06 · The counter
The patient pays us for the consultation. The pharmacy dispenses the script.
The patient leaves the consultation with a script. The pharmacy dispenses it, and is paid for dispensing. The medicine on the shelf stays ours until that moment. Three parties, each paid for its own work, and the margin on the medicine stays with the brand that owns it.
The medicine
How the business earns
Three ways we earn.
The clinic earns the consultation. The supply company earns the product. The margin widens as we move from bought-in product to our own brand, and again when cultivation is ours.
The consultation
$75 for a first appointment, $50 for a review. A patient is usually allowed 40 to 60 grams a month and four to five repeats per script before the next review. Doctors are contracted and paid per consultation, so the clinic runs lean and national from day one.
The medicine
Finished product landed at about $49 per 15 g is dispensed to the patient at $99. The supply company earns the margin on every jar dispensed, whoever prescribed it. Flower, oils, edibles and vapes, under one brand.
Our own brand
Bulk from established overseas growers, processed and held at a GMP manufacturer, white-labelled as M.O.B. The landed cost falls, the dispensed price does not. On pharmacy shelves nationwide, reaching other clinics' patients as well as ours.

Combined, a year
Clinic figures are a month-12 run rate: new patients a month times twelve, less those who leave, with reviews falling due every few months, shown before doctors' fees. Medicine figures assume each patient's monthly spend is filled with our product, dispensed at $99 per 15 g, before the pharmacy's dispensing fee. Supplier prices are indicative quotes; volumes are assumptions; nothing on this page is a forecast.
Where we stand
Registered, on the portals, and building.
Medicinal cannabis is tightly regulated. We plan for that from the start, and we keep the clinic and the supply company as separate companies with their own licences.
The company
M.O.B Clinic Pty Ltd, a private company limited by shares, registered 20 August 2026.
The healthcare organisation
Registered as a healthcare provider organisation, HPI-O 8003624166780103, with PRODA and the TGA Special Access Scheme portals in place.
The prescribing
Almost all cannabis medicines are unregistered: only Epidyolex (CBD, Schedule 4) and Sativex (nabiximols, Schedule 8) are on the ARTG. Our doctors prescribe through the TGA's Special Access Scheme, Category B, or as Authorised Prescribers.
The import
Product is a Schedule 8 controlled drug. It comes in under a licensed importer's permits at the start, while the supply company's own ODC import licence and wholesale licence are lodged.
The manufacturer
Held at a GMP manufacturer in Queensland, whose general manager has worked in the industry since legalisation in 2016 and advises us on manufacturing and distribution.
The pharmacy
Distributed under licence to pharmacies nationwide. Patients collect, or receive by courier from the pharmacy.
Seed to sale
A cultivation licence and a first farm inside the 24-month plan; farms in more states and overseas after. M.O.B wants the whole pipeline.
Export
Australian-made medicine travels well. With the pound and the euro stronger than our dollar, inventory bought from Australia lands cheaper for clinics in the UK and Spain, and Brazil, which allows imports but not its own cultivation, is one of the largest patient markets in the world. An export licence sits beside the cultivation licence in the plan.
Compliance is the moat
Prescribers
Doctors, within scope
AHPRA-registered doctors with confirmed indemnity. Real-time consultations only, in line with AHPRA's 2025 prescribing guidance.
Separation
No referral money
The clinic takes no product sales, sponsorships or referral payments. The supply company is a separate company with its own licences.
States
Approvals built in
State-by-state approvals and prescription-monitoring checks sit inside the patient pathway, not beside it.
Records
Australian-hosted
Patient records held in Australia under the Australian Privacy Principles, in a practice system certified to ISO 27001.
